Our studios working hours for shipments are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped. You will be notificed via email with order tracking once your order has shipped. Packages will be shipped via USPS.

Due to the nature of our small-batch, handcrafted products we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please contact us at us@i-nioi.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos with a detailed description and we'll get it sorted out for you.
